OUR MISSION
We are driven by our mission to bring healthy, local food to the boardwalk while reducing food waste. We have partnered with local farms to bring you fresh eggs from Princess Anne, MD. We also upcycle all our bacon grease into soap using an age old recipe passed down from our owners great grandmother. Ever since we started doing this, we have saved over 3,000 pounds of bacon grease from ending up in landfills

WE FRESH CRACK OVER 500 EGGS EVERY SINGLE MORNING TO USE IN ALL OUR RECIPES. YOU WONT FIND ANY EGG BEATERS, CARTONS, OR POWDERS IN OUR KITCHEN. OUR ESPRESSO IS FRESH GROUND FROM BOLD ROASTED ITALIAN BEANS. AND ALL OUR FRUIT AND AVOCADO IS FRESH SLICED DAILY TO BRING YOU THE HEALTHIEST NATURAL SOURCE OF VITAMINS AND MINERALS YOU NEED TO POWER THROUGH YOUR DAY.
